Thank you for your opinion. When I say low carbohydrate, I mean a diet that is low in net carbohydrates from either processed or refined foods. Yes every cell in your body runs on carbohydrate, but once the carbohydrate has ran out then the cells can function by using fat as their source of fuel. FAT and OILS don’t make you fat - more calories from any source than your body needs will lead to weight gain. For me personally I am more compliant with a low carbohydrate diet than a low fat diet - which is why i choose to eat this way.
I hope that makes sense.

Whoa nice job! It definitely gets harder to lose weight the less body fat you have, so that may be a problem. I would say definitely try switching up your workout, maybe try long distance or HIIT or something you haven’t before. Good luck!

There really isn’t a set answer for that. Don’t make a goal Wright based on how it looks on a scale, set it based on how fit you look and feel. It all depends on muscle mass and body fat percentages, so the scale won’t really help anyways. Good luck!

Even though you hate running, I highly support working out with a group. Maybe ask to change up the routine and go to the gym together instead? Anyway, you can dabble with different workouts to find what you like, but I would highly recommend circuit training, cycling, HIIT (high intensity interval training), or maybe even rowing (indoors or out). They will improve your cardio while also toning your body. Good luck!

I would first say not to stress too much about what makes you skinny or bulky, as tons or workouts don’t necessary result in huge muscles. However, I would recommend not using many weights, especially when working your arms, and stick to more body weight strength training. Hope this helps ;)
