Whoa nice job! It definitely gets harder to lose weight the less body fat you have, so that may be a problem. I would say definitely try switching up your workout, maybe try long distance or HIIT or something you haven’t before. Good luck!

There’s definitely plenty of workouts you can do with or without weights, a lot of times I’ll workout in my spare room or my bedroom floor. Also going for a run and getting some fresh air could serve you well. Wishing you luck!

I would definitely recommend talking to your doctor. They might have tips for you or maybe even a different medication that could work better. Also, maybe try getting an app that helps keep you motivated or at least keep track of what you are eating, such as MyFitnessPal or Lifesum. Good luck, I wish you the best!

Remember that no matter how much you workout, your diet has a way bigger impact! Double check what you’re eating and get into the habit of reading food labels. It definitely seems you’re active, so make sure to stay motivated and keep pushing yourself and results will come :)
