Some girls are born thin. But we, we work for it. That’s what makes us special. We’re infinitely more powerful because we work for our body.

Squats are good for your butt & legs, it shouldn’t make it bigger, you’re just gaining muscles on your thighs so they may seem to get bigger. But doing squats help you burn calories and fat and it will help increase your lean mass. All in all, everything takes time, so if you continue to workout and eat clean, your thighs will start to tone and slim down as well as you workout your butt!
Here are some other butt workouts that you can try as well:
Butt lifts
Lunges
Plie squats
Deadlifts
Stairmaster or Step-ups
Kickbacks
Crosslifts

Hi there! I’m so glad that you decided to be more conscious about your health & to be fit/toned overall :D
Here are some helpful tips that can keep you motivated and say NO to temptations :)
Also, for me I started this blog to keep me motivated so when I feel lazy and don’t feel like working out, I scroll down my tumblr, look at pictures of my dream goal body & I just tell myself that I can do it! Just keep going & don’t give up <3

Of course! To start off again, make sure to work hard but not overwork yourself. You might not be where you were 5 or 6 months ago, so don’t expect to be. Set yourself some goals, stay conscious of when you go workout (maybe keep a workout log?) and make sure to watch what you’re putting into your body. Food is fuel! Get the good stuff. Exercises like hip lifts, donkey kicks, bear plank leg lifts, etc. are great for your butt. Pushups are great, and pull ups are awesome for your upper body I’ve mentioned a lot before about abs (like here and here) Check out this website for more details. Good luck!

You can’t really spot reduce so once you start to eat clean and workout, your body will start losing fat and you will get a flatter stomach :) & running three times a week is very good, it will basically help make your legs leaner as you lose fat & gain more muscles. Basically tone your body overall! Hope this helps!

Hey there <3 you are so young and there is nothing wrong w/ your weight… & at your age you shouldn’t be worried too much about your weight because you have to grow! But anyways, you can simply just focus on eating healthy and staying active!! Just avoid junk food, soda, fried foods, etc and basically eat clean and you will be fine <3

I would say you are a bit underweight. Usually for women around 5'6, the ideal weight is 139 lbs & the recommended weight range is between 123 to 154 lbs. But honestly, weight just depends on the person overall.
Also, for binge eating, instead of munching on unhealthy snacks, try eating a handful of almonds (it usually curbs your cravings) also, drink lots of water!! alot of times, your mind tells you that you’re hungry when you’re in fact just thirsty! try not to think about eating when you’re bored. it’s a bad habit to eat just because you’re bored! keep yourself busy and doing something to avoid boredom eating! I hope this helps somewhat <3

Even though you hate running, I highly support working out with a group. Maybe ask to change up the routine and go to the gym together instead? Anyway, you can dabble with different workouts to find what you like, but I would highly recommend circuit training, cycling, HIIT (high intensity interval training), or maybe even rowing (indoors or out). They will improve your cardio while also toning your body. Good luck!
